Live in coherence with your deeper structure
The way of embodied emergence
Healing and self-care have become increasingly complex, to the point where the process of healing itself can feel overwhelming. We are often taught to optimise, improve, and fix ourselves, which can subtly fracture our connection to the body’s wisdom, natural rhythm of release and expansion, and intuition.
My work has emerged through over a decade of interdisciplinary study and caring for hundreds of people through pain, disconnection, frustration, overwhelm, and change. As an occupational therapist, I think systemically, connecting not only to the individual, but to the environments they inhabit and the lives they are actively shaping. As a clairsentient, I tune into signals and patterns beneath the surface, and as a healer and coach, I move away from “fixing,” instead supporting you to honour who you are, where you have come from, and to walk alongside you as you embrace your unique path.
I support a gentle reorganisation, helping you recognise patterns, symptoms, tensions, and places of disconnection across body, mind, and soul, while honouring your system’s natural intelligence and the life you have already created.
I work with the fascia and the imagination as living, relational sources of information, mirrored out into our lives. We are an interconnected living matrix that holds memory, story, and the ability to have a profound impact on the world around us.
Change does not need to be forced. When the system is supported into states of felt safety, embodiment, and creativity, deeper listening becomes possible. In these states, the body can integrate sensation, emotion, story, and subconscious messages, allowing insight and coherence to emerge.
Hi, I'm Stephanie
occupational therapist, coach, massage therapist & somatic energy worker

I started my journey as an Occupational Therapist, but while I was studying I always thought, "Why are we focusing only on people who are disabled when everyone is suffering in their own way?" This led me away from the traditional path of health sciences (not that I ever thought I would follow a traditional path) to finding more inclusive, comprehensive understandings of the human being and society as a whole.
Throughout my career, the concept of "rehabilitation" has always been present, the definition of rehabilitation being "the action of restoring someone to health that has been damaged, back to its former condition."
As a rehabilitation specialist, considering all parts and the relationships between them, has always been my methology. Helping individuals and organisations to have better communication between the parts and creating a more cohesive whole.
For over a decade, my work has been rooted in improving and harmonising systems — from corporate leadership and teams, to applied positive psychology, to clinical practice in systemic fascia release.
Working with the body's fascia as a living record of everything we experience, has been one of my most profound classrooms. No rushing. No hustling. No forced outcomes. Just the careful reweaving of each individual system toward greater harmony and ease.
Along my personal and professional journey I have explored a range of approaches and when I started to express and explore my creativity, a new layer of my true essence started to emerge and I know that my artistic practice is one of my simplest joys and healing tools, where I learn and enrich my daily life.
My ongoing devotion to my artist calling, and the study of fascia, nervous system, metaphysics, psychology, and advancing my psychic abilities means that I am on a daily pursuit of expressing myself and educating others on the interconnected web of life.

As the rivers travel to the sea,
You are already whole and moving, you just have to remember who you are and follow the path of least resistence.
My method: EMERGENT SOUL ARCHITECTURE
For over a decade this work has been rooted in systemic fascia release, working with the body's connective tissue as a three dimensional, the living, breathing, pulsing network of everything you have experienced. Physical structure, emotional history and nervous system patterns all live here. This is not a trend. This is ten years of clinical practice. We are at a genuinely exciting moment in fascia research with emerging science beginning to validate what hands-on practitioners have known for decades and is fundamentally changing how we understand the body, consciousness, and health.
Working in my practice, with the fascia, breath and brainwave states has taught me something fundamental:
Our body and our soul do not speak in sentences. The body communicates through the tightness in your chest, the heaviness in your shoulders, the sharp pain in your left hip, the nervousness when you walk into a room of strangers. Ancient, precise, and always honest, interoception is the body's continuous, real-time report on its own state.
Beneath sensation lives a symbolic intelligence. When the analytical mind quiets, through breath, body awareness, inquiry and somatic practice; imagery and symbol arise naturally. This is your system's own imaginative intelligence becoming accessible. And this is where the deepest work happens.
The colour that rises when you close your eyes, the landscape that appears when you drop beneath thought, the metaphor your body offers when asked what it's carrying. These colours, textures, forms, symbols and images are an emergent language of the soul. This is what I have observed and experienced- personally and with my clients.
The mind is brilliant. It is vital to our survival, maintenance and evolution. But it is also a pattern keeper, returning again and again to what it already knows. The sentences, word, and stories created by the mind tell our fascia, energy system, and self-concept how to be. Its ability to see patterns is exactly what can keep us stuck in them. Perhaps soul embodiment requires a different doorway?
This is Emergent Soul Architecture.
This is the body and soul remembering how to communicate. When that happens, transformation doesn't feel like effort. It feels effortless. Natural. Like becoming who you were always meant to be.
This is an emerging body of work, developed through a decade of clinical practice, ongoing research, and direct experiences. What I offer is not as a finished system but a living methodology that continues to evolve as we do the work together.

The Framework
Felt Safety
Nothing can release or transform without the nervous system first feeling genuinely held.
Systemic Fascia Release
Releasing and reweaving the physical, emotional and nervous system patterns held in the body's connective tissue.
Body Literacy
Learning to read, trust and respond to your body's own signals and wisdom.
Somatic Imagination
Connecting to colour, form and texture as bridge between the body and soul, conscious and subconscious.
Living Symbols
Accessing imagery, metaphor and creative expression through embodiment, imagination and lived experiences, to connect to soul essence.
Theta brainwaves, flow state and play
These states, where ordinary reality suspends are doorways to heal the body and connect with your soul.
Systemic Harmonising
Working with the person as a whole, interconnected system. Personal factors, daily life and environmental symbiosis.
Life Integration
Transformation that moves from this new connection to self. Curating all life areas from your needs, desires and rhythms.
